At Klein Dental Associates you’re not just a patient, but part of our family. Our goal is to provide exceptional, comprehensive dental care to our patients in a friendly and caring environment, educating and encouraging them toward a state of optimal oral health. Insurance

We participate with United Concordia (Preferred and Flex), Delta Dental, Met Life, Guardian, Dentamax, NGS America, Connection Dental, Highmark Blue Shield, Blue Cross Dental, Tricare (Retired Military) and Chip of PA. For routine services we submit the insurance claims to these companies and then bill our patients for any co-payments or deductibles. For all other insurance carriers we expect payment at the time of service and we will submit the insurance for our patients to be reimbursed directly.

We also participate with Signature Dental Plan also known as GE Wellness which is a discount-referral service. The patient is given a discounted fee based on Signature’s fee schedule and payment is expected at the time of service in order to receive the discount.

For major restorative treatment we submit pre-determinations to the insurance company and the patients are offered a payment plan with our office.

We also have a plan with no interest financing through Care Credit. Ask us about it.
